Will of Sitnah Tucker, 1841

June 28, 1841 - Sitnah Tucker, widow of Jeremiah Tucker, deceased, produced in Court the last will and testament of Jeremiah Tucker. Witnesses were J. F. Burns and John Wofford, who reside in Limestone County, Alabama. Dated March 7, 1830, probated January 26, 1841. Appraisal of the estate of Jeremiah Tucker, deceased, including negroes - girl Dice, girl Ibby, girl Mary, girl Silvia, boy Alford, boy Bob, boy Andrew, boy Stephen, boy Jack and boy Tom, and man Robert aged 20 years, and woman Mary aged 19 years (Sept. 1857).
